The Beverly Hills-based talent and media holding firm has expanded its reach in sports and live events. On Location plans to fold Qcue’s technology into its ticketing, curated guest experiences, live event production and travel management systems across sports, entertainment and fashion.
Austin, Texas-based Qcue specializes in data visualization, ticket pricing, analytics and inventory management. It works with more than 85 sports teams and organizations, including Major League Baseball and a variety of college athletics departments.
“We are thrilled to join forces with Qcue, bringing top-of-the-line dynamic pricing technology and a stellar team of ticketing experts in-house,” Jon Lavallee, On Location chief financial officer, said.
Since going public in April, Endeavor has reduced its debt by $600 million, posting a first quarter net income of $2.4 million, up from a net loss of $51 million the same quarter a year before, thanks largely to its ownership of Ultimate Fighting Championship.
