Amblin Partners, a Universal City–based entertainment firm led by Steven Spielberg, announced Monday it has signed an exclusive music publishing deal with BMG.

The deal will allow New York–based BMG Entertainment Inc., a subsidiary of Bertelsmann AG of Germany, music publishing rights worldwide to Amblin scores, songs and other original content from TV series, feature films and documentaries.

Terms of the new partnership were not disclosed. It follows other recent TV and film partnership announcements by Netflix, Activision Blizzard Studios, AMC Network, Global Asylum, Ambi Group, Lotus Entertainment and more.
