Commerce-based Differential Brands Group Inc. which designs, develops and licenses apparel products, announced July 10 that its Robert Graham brand signed a licensing agreement with Peerless Clothing International Inc.

New York-based Peerless will manufacture and distribute Robert Graham men’s and boys’ tailored clothing, suit separates and top coats. Peerless will produce the collection in its Canadian factory and will distribute the line in spring of 2019 within the U.S. and Mexico.

The news follows several other recent licensing deals for the growing lifestyle brand, including loungewear, ophthalmic glasses and sunglasses, footwear, bedding and decorative pillows. Robert Graham already has deals for fragrances, headwear, leather goods, socks and ties.

Robert Graham apparel is sold in major retailers Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom, as well as more than 500 specialty stores.

Differential Brands Group also includes Hudson men’s and women’s premium denim and apparel and the SWIMS Scandinavian lifestyle brand.

Shares of Differential Brands closed at $5.33 today, down .74 percent compared to yesterday’s close.
