William McMorrow is chair and chief executive of Kennedy Wilson, which he acquired in 1988 and has subsequently grown into a leading global real estate investment platform with 15 offices throughout the United States, Europe and Japan and more than $36 billion of assets under management. The company owns, operates, and builds real estate within its core real estate portfolio and through an investment management platform, which targets opportunistic equity and debt investments alongside partners. Kennedy Wilson focuses primarily on rental housing, with more than 90,000 units in its growing rental housing platform. Prior to Kennedy Wilson, McMorrow was executive vice president and chair of the credit policy committee at Imperial Bank in Los Angeles.
