Portland Watson is the president and chief executive of the Marina del Rey-based Bradmore Group. The private equity firm manages more than 40 legal entities invested primarily in creative office and industrial real estate located in California. It has more than $350 million in real estate assets and a tenant occupancy rate of 96%. Watson leads The Bradmore Group’s three operating segments – global management, asset management and property management. One of its recent projects is the 42XX, a ground-up mass timber creative office building in Marina del Rey. Before she joined The Bradmore Group, Watson served as the chief financial officer of Flight Centre. Prior to that, she was the chief financial officer of Johnson Properties.
