Michael Nubel is the chair and chief executive of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services. The downtown-based firm is focused mainly on the sale and leasing of industrial properties. He was previously its president and chief executive from 1993-2025. The firm was founded in 1904, making it one of the oldest locally based companies. It also touts itself as the city’s first commercial real estate brokerage firm, helping thousands of companies enter the market. Today, the firm has 10 offices in Southern California and Arizona and provides real estate services such as brokerage, national tenant representation, consulting, leasing, sales and property management. Nubel is an AIR member and affiliate of ONCOR International.
