Josh Gorin is the president of commercial brokerage firm Savills’ Los Angeles region. In his role, Gorin recruits talent, fosters collaboration and works to grow the firm. During his time at the firm, Gorin has led negotiations for more than 30 million square feet worth of transactions. He has worked with companies including Apple, Sony, Goldman Sachs, Activision, Comcast, Citi, Panavision, Capitol Records, J.Crew, Berkshire Hathaway and Walmart. Gorin serves on Savills’ North American Brokerage Board of Directors. He also founded and was the former co-chair of Savills Academy, which helps develop the next generation of leaders at the company. He joined the company in 1997 and has overseen some of the largest office leasing transactions in the Los Angeles area during his time at the firm.
