Ed Roski Jr. is the chair of City of Industry-based Majestic Realty Co., one of the largest privately held development companies in the country. The company was founded by his father in 1948. Roski Jr. joined the company in 1966. Today it has a roughly 92-million-square-foot portfolio with more than 400 buildings and 800 tenants. The company specializes in industrial assets but is also invested in office and retail properties, as well as sports, entertainment, hospitality and multifamily assets. Roski is also a co-owner of the Los Angeles Kings, Los Angeles Lakers and the Crypto.com Arena. Last year, he was No. 10 on the Business Journal’s annual Wealthiest Angelenos list, worth an estimated $9 billion. Roski serves on the board of trustees of USC. In 2002, he established the Majestic Realty Foundation.
