Daniel Baird is the managing partner at Sperry Van Ness Los Angeles. In his role, he executes the company’s day-to-day operations as well as its overall mission in the area. He has helped the company grow significantly locally and achieved more than $1 billion in total sales transaction volume. The Southern California native began his career with a focus on real estate law and finance. He joined SVN in 1998. In 2005, he launched Bridgepointe Equity Partners, a brokerage with a holistic approach. He launched a joint venture between Sperry Van Ness and Bridgepointe Equity Partners in 2010.
