Jim Pitrat is the managing partner of Westwood mid-size accounting firm SingerLewak. The firm also has operations in Woodland Hills, San Francisco, Orange County and Silicon Valley. Pitrat’s specialties include working with private equity- and venture-backed companies, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and family-owned businesses. He has been a guest instructor with Caltech’s entrepreneur program, USC’s EC2 incubator program and the University of Arizona’s small business incubator program.
