Chief Executive
United Talent Agency
David Kramer succeeded Jeremy Zimmer, co-founder and chief executive of United Talent Agency, as leader of the major talent and entertainment company in June of last year. Zimmer, who had led the agency since 2012, partnered with Kramer as executive chairman through the end of 2025 and would continue to serve on the company’s board of directors. A former president of the company from 2022 to 2025, Kramer began his career in the company’s mailroom before moving to the motion picture department. He guided the agency’s day-to-day operations, oversaw the filmed entertainment group, and brought investor EQT to the agency. He also led the agency’s acquisition of the British literary and talent agency Curtis Brown Group.
