David Kramer succeeded Jeremy Zimmer as chief executive of United Talent Agency in June 2025, overseeing strategic planning and operations for the company’s global business. Previously UTA’s president from 2022 until last year’s appointment, Kramer guided the agency’s day-to-day operations and helped shape its strategic growth across multiple business lines, while overseeing key divisions including filmed entertainment, comedy touring and publishing. Throughout his tenure, he has played an instrumental role in UTA’s expansion, helping bring strategic investor EQT to the agency and leading its acquisitions of top U.K. literary and talent agency Curtis Brown Group and global football agency ROOF. Kramer began his career in UTA’s mailroom before joining the motion picture department.
