David Graeler has served as Nossaman’s managing partner since 2023 and is chair of the firm’s management committee. Under his leadership, the firm has expanded its client base, attorney headcount, revenues and profits per equity partner. He has served as lead outside counsel on high-profile Los Angeles County infrastructure projects, including the L.A. Metro’s Sepulveda Transit Corridor Project, the Inglewood Transit Connector, and major modernizations for Los Angeles World Airports and the Port of Long Beach.
