As global co-chair of Gensler, Andy Cohen manages international operations, overseeing 6,000 professionals across 57 offices. A four-decade veteran of the firm, he advises on major projects and mentors new talent. His civic and academic involvement includes seats on the Urban Land Institute’s Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council and advisory boards for the University of Southern California, and many more.
