Hasan Askari leads K1 Investment Management, a Manhattan Beach-based private equity firm focused on high-growth business-to-business enterprise software companies. Since co-founding K1 in 2011, the firm has completed nearly 300 investments and has over $23 billion in assets under management. Before joining K1, Askari worked in the growth equity practice at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and as an analyst at Pathway Capital Management. He holds a B.S. in business administration from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
