Chang Liu is the president and chief executive of Cathay Bank, the oldest commercial bank founded by Chinese Americans in Southern California. The bank now manages over $24 billion in assets and operates more than 60 branches nationwide. Liu joined the bank in 2014 and has spearheaded growth in commercial and real estate lending since taking the helm. He also served on the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco–Los Angeles regional board.
