Chief Executive
Los Angeles Philharmonic Association
Kim Noltemy became president and chief executive of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association in July 2024, taking the helm of one of the nation’s most renowned orchestras at a critical turning point. This past 2025-2026 season, she has guided the orchestra through the transition following Music Director Gustavo Dudamel’s departure for the New York Philharmonic, and she has positioned the organization to play a key role in the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. She brought more than 25 years of leadership experience in symphony orchestras, joining the L.A. Philharmonic from the Dallas Symphony Association (DSA) – where she served as chief executive for six years.
