Rascoff, the newly minted chief executive of the dating app conglomerate Match Group, oversees over 20 brands like Tinder, Hinge and OkCupid. He was a board member at Match Group since 2024 before succeeding Bernard Kim, the former chief executive and board member. A longtime tech investor, Rascoff co-founded and ran the property tech company Zillow Group for more than 10 years as the chief executive of the company, which, under his leadership, underwent a successful initial public offering and more than quadrupled its employee count. He also founded the online travel adviser marketplace Hotwire. As the founder of 75 and Sunny, a venture fund and startup incubator based in Los Angeles, he has had a hand in around 100 investments.
