Terry is the co-founder and chief executive of ChargerHelp Inc., a company dedicated to on-demand repairs for electric vehicle charging stations. Over time, the data the company has collected has allowed it to do more than just simply repair stations – it can troubleshoot if devices are incompatible for an unwitting electric vehicle driver and it can notify station manufacturers of any inconsistency or confusion users are having when trying to use their devices. Terry was once a banking consultant, but her career in electric vehicles started when she took a job at an electric vehicle software company that taught her how to troubleshoot charging stations. At that company, called EV Connect, drivers could call a number plastered to the side of the charging station for help.
