Jadeja joined “League of Legends” developer Riot Games as the chief financial officer in 2011 and tacked on the role of chief operating officer in 2014, where he led the company’s equity sale to Tencent Holdings in 2015. Now, as the president and chief executive, Jadeja spearheaded Riot Games’ $10 million fund set aside for investing in underrepresented founders in the gaming industry. Some of the investments made under Jadeja include the acquisition of Hypixel Studios and Radiant Entertainment. He has also led the company through tumultuous times in the gaming industry – the company announced it would lay off 530 staff members at the beginning 2024, and another 32 roles in October. Prior to Riot, Jadeja led Lululemon Athletica Inc.’s initial public offering in 2007.
