Moglia is the chief executive and chief investment officer of Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc., a Pasadena-based real estate firm. He has held the CEO role since July 2022 and the chief investment officer role since September 2023. Before that, he was the co-chief executive and co-chief investment officer. Before joining the company, he was an analyst for Lennar Partners Inc., where he handled underwriting and structuring direct and joint venture real estate investments. He was previously in the Management Advisory Services group within the Kenneth Leventhal & Co. Real Estate Group. He sits on the board of Nareit Advisory, Team Prime Time and Chaminade College Preparatory.
