DiPaolo, executive vice president and regional managing director at Newmark, serves as the Southwest market leader, overseeing strategic operations and performance across 11 offices and nearly 500 professionals in Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. He specializes in driving recruitment, fostering cross-collaboration and shaping business strategy. Before becoming regional managing director, DiPaolo was the market leader for greater Los Angeles, in which he onboarded over 20 employees across specialties, including capital markets, office, industrial, life sciences and debt and structured finance. He sits on the board of NAIOP and was recognized as brokerage executive of the year by the Business Journal in 2023. He is based in Newmark’s downtown office.
