Taylor is the founder and chief executive of Christina Development Corp., a Malibu-based real estate investment and development company. Christina specializes in the Westside region of Los Angeles, primarily the neighborhoods of Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Century City, Malibu, Santa Monica, Silicon Beach, West Hollywood and Westwood. The company has been behind some of Los Angeles’ most notable projects including the revitalization of Larchmont Village, the introduction of high-rise residential development in North Century City, the development of the Montana Avenue shopping district in Santa Monica, the revitalization of the South Beverly Hills retail shopping district and the redevelopment of Westwood Village.
