Jamison Properties
Lee is the president of Jamison Properties, the real estate development arm of Koreatown-based Jamison, which controls approximately 18 million square feet of commercial and residential properties throughout Southern California. The privately held, family-run business is one of the largest multifamily landlords and developers in the city of Los Angeles, having completed over 6,500 units to date, including 250 affordable ones. In 2024, Jamison completed the construction on four multifamily projects totaling 872 units, all in Koreatown, including Opus, a 428-unit high-rise building, Western Station, a 230-unit mixed-use building, Amara, a 100-unit low-rise project, and Kara, a 114-unit low-rise project. Lee also oversees Jamison’s affiliated general contracting firms.
