Smith is a senior managing director and the broker lead for Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.’s Los Angeles brokerage practice where he oversees the agency leasing, tenant representation, industrial and retail teams throughout downtown Los Angeles, Inland Empire, West Los Angeles, South Bay and North Los Angeles. His primary focus is on growth initiatives by managing internal business line integration, communications, revenue, recruiting and resources. Prior to joining JLL, Smith was the regional director of leasing with Equity Office Properties, where he oversaw leasing for the firm’s Westside portfolio, consisting of 4 million rentable square feet. There, he completed transactions with over 2 million rentable square feet in volume in less than four years.
