Sneider is a founding partner and the chief executive of Primestor Development, a Culver City-based development firm that focuses on underserved communities across the U.S. The company manages over 2.7 million square feet in diverse minority markets and has a portfolio valued at $1 billion. It recently closed its Urban Vision Fund 1, valued at $215 million, and acquired the Chula Vista Center in San Diego. Sneider’s work includes overseeing overall growth and corporate strategies and management, as well as corporate capital structuring. He is passionate about eliminating food deserts, improving community health and ensuring local hiring opportunities in underserved areas. He supports organizations like Communities in School and Habitat for Humanity.
