Barry runs the ship at downtown-based GHJ, an accounting and business advisory firm with locations also in Buffalo, Denver and San Jose. He has been active in the accounting world for more than three decades and has grown GHJ to be a Top 100 firm nationally. Last year, the firm acquired GGF and reportedly plans to make additional acquisitions this year. Barry is treasurer of the GHJ Foundation, which is the community service arm of the company, and he is an executive committee member of HLB International – a global network of accounting firms – and is chair of HLB North America. He is also on the accounting advisory board at Loyola Marymount University. Forbes recognized Barry as a Top 200 CPA in the United States last year.
