ActOne Group founder and chief executive Bryant Howroyd has over nearly 50 years grown the staffing company to be among the largest in the world, with more than 2,600 employees and 17,000 clients. The company has three verticals, for staffing, workplace and public entities, and is reportedly worth about $3.4 billion. An author of two books, Bryant Howroyd also produces a regular podcast titled “Ask JBH,” where she interviews subject matter experts and business leaders. She was an appointee of President Barack Obama to an advisory board on historically Black colleges and universities and has been a major philanthropist to local institutions like the University of Southern California.
