Burnison is chief executive of Korn Ferry, a publicly traded management consulting firm based in Century City. The company last year posted revenues of $2.76 billion and now employs more than 10,000 people wordwide. Burnison joined Korn Ferry in 2002 and previously served as its chief operating officer and chief financial officer. He has written 10 books on leadership and career development, regularly pens a newsletter for company leaders and is routinely brought on as a contributor to CNBC and other media outlets. Korn Ferry in November acquired Trilogy International, a staffing firm based in the United Kingdom.
