Hollywood producer Grazer has been dealmaking. In January 2023, his company bought the remaining 49% in prolific TV comedy producer Jax Media, after acquiring the majority in 2018. Jax content has received 92 prime-time Emmy nominations. In November 2022, Imagine raised $15 million in venture capital for its Hollywood worker digital platform, Impact. Beverly Hills-based Imagine is a sizeable boutique producer usually working within the Hollywood studio system. Its movies won 10 Oscars, including Best Picture with “A Beautiful Mind” in 2001. Over the years, Grazer’s films and TV shows have been nominated for 47 Oscars and 289 Emmys.
