Along with his brother, Aaron, Albert Yang serves as co-chief executive of Din Tai Fung in Arcadia, a restaurant chain specializing in Xiao Long Bao, or soup dumplings. He joined the business started by his grandfather in 2015. Growing up in the kitchen of Din Tai Fung’s first U.S. location in Arcadia, Yang has always been a steward of sharing culture through cuisine – a key element that brought to life the company’s purpose of bringing people together to inspire appreciation of culture. Like his brother, Albert Yang graduated from Cornell University with a degree in hotel administration, where he honed his business acumen and blended it with a strong interest in hospitality.
