Mallow has been the managing partner of Shook, Hardy & Bacon’s office in Century City for five years, during which he has grown its attorney headcount six-fold from five to 30. He currently serves as president of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers Los Angeles and was listed as a Leading Commercial Litigator by the legal publication Daily Journal in 2024. Last year, Mallow’s legal victories included prevailing for a client that had fought for seven years against Federal Trade Commission charges; winning summary judgment for American Honda; and the successful appeal for Mazda in which the Ninth Circuit affirmed the auto company’s class action victories in trial court.
