Baradaran is managing partner of Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger and part of the firm’s real estate practice. The Century City firm is among the largest by headcount in Los Angeles County and remains the largest one-office firm in California. He has helped put together equity and debt investments totaling more than $20 billion across nearly all commercial real estate product types. Throughout his career, Baradaran has put together deals in multifamily, mixed use, hospitality, office, retail and industrial properties and he frequently serves as outside general counsel for real estate, hospitality, technology and entertainment firms.
