Co-Founder
Johnson Fain
Johnson has led the architecture and interiors practice for Johnson Fain since he co-founded the firm with William Fain in 1989. The pair originally met at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and then emerged as principals at the William Pereira architecture firm before transitioning that company to Johnson Fain. The new firm made its mark in Century City with landmark projects like Fox Plaza, 1999 Avenue of the Stars and Constellation Place. Johnson Fain is designing the 37-story Century City Center, which will serve as the new headquarters of Creative Artists Agency. The firm is also designing Citrus Commons, which is a redevelopment of the old Sunkist headquarters property in Sherman Oaks and the 6400 Sunset residential tower in Hollywood.
