Rios
Davis joined Rios in 2015 as chief financial officer, then served as chief operating officer before becoming co-chief executive. Davis oversees finance and business operations and the realization of strategic planning goals for Rios. In her decade with the firm, she has led the growth from one office with 75 employees to a global design company with hundreds of employees in additional offices in Austin, Texas, Boulder, Colorado, New York, London, Singapore and Shanghai. Locally, Rios is working on the Fox Studio master plan in Century City and, a short distance away, the One Beverly Hills mixed-use project on the western edge of Beverly Hills. Davis also serves as chief financial officer of Rios’ hospitality industry product company, notNeutral.
