Rios
As an architect, Lantz serves as creative director for Rios. He has a wide range of project designs under his belt. On the corporate front, he has designed headquarters buildings for short-term rental company Vrbo as well as Santa Monica prescription drug discounter GoodRx. Other notable local projects include the Sony Pictures Scenic Arts Building in Culver City and the Harlow production office building at Las Palmas Studios in Hollywood. The firm is now working on two other major entertainment-related projects: the Fox Studio master plan in Century City and the Television City modernization project in Beverly Grove. Lantz has also turned Rios’ own studio into a laboratory that embraces the work-from-anywhere ethos that emerged during the pandemic.
