At J.P. Morgan Chase, Porché manages a team of 150 community managers and a network of 300 community branches while driving business growth and developing strategic priorities. Her expertise is wide reaching and includes government and nonprofit banking, small business banking and financial health programming. Prior to this role, Porché served as west region manager for government and nonprofit clients and Los Angeles market manager for business banking where she became well acquainted with the local landscape here. Additionally, she is a part of J.P. Morgan Chase’s Black Executive Forum and is the executive sponsor for its Advancing Black Pathways in the west region. She is a board member of the American Bankers Association.
