Ryan oversees the company’s global direct-to-consumer division that spans paid and free streaming – including, among other businesses, Paramount+ and Pluto TV. Under Ryan’s leadership, Paramount+ has been the fastest-growing premium subscription streaming service in the United States since its launch in March 2021. Ryan pioneered and popularized the free ad-supported streaming television industry as co-founder and CEO of Pluto TV, which he launched in 2014 and scaled to over $1 billion in annual revenue by 2021. Paramount Global purchased Pluto for $340 million in 2019.

I’m a huge fan of classic cars and would love to have it back.
What’s the best thing about living in Los Angeles?
Los Angeles has it all. I can’t think of any other major city where there are so many dynamic and flourishing industries located within such a short drive from the beach, the mountains and the desert.
