In one corner is L.A. billionaire and entertainment mogul Haim Saban, who is bankrolling Proposition 27, a little-discussed but hugely important initiative on California’s November ballot. In the other corner is the son of L.A. billionaire and Berkshire Hathaway co-chairman Charles Munger, who is bankrolling Proposition 20, also little-discussed but important.
So what on earth are these two guys doing with a couple of convoluted state initiatives that most California voters have never even heard of?
