Stocks Go Higher

At the close of the markets Monday, the Dow Jones industrial average rose 21 points to 16,512.

The Nasdaq was up 35 points to 4,126.

The S&P 500 ticked up 7 points to 1,885.

The LABJ Stock Index was up 1 point to 189.
