Westwood’s Leonard Green & Partners announced Monday that it has agreed to acquire health club chain Life Time Fitness in Chanhassen, Minn., alongside affiliates of other private equity firms. The transaction is valued at about $4 billion.
Filtration equipment company Micronics Inc. in Portsmouth, N.H., a portfolio company of West L.A.’s Vance Street Capital, announced Monday that it has acquired Chicago air filtration engineering and design firm CP Environmental. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Westwood firm K2 Capital Partners announced Monday that it closed its debut fund on Feb. 27. The fund will target lower middle-market companies with revenue between $10 and $40 million.
