A new law firm called Tepper & Takvoryan was formed by a merger between a Beverly Hills firm and another in Glendale.
The merger was announced Monday.
The new firm was formed from Beverly Hills business law firm Tepper & Associates and Takvoryan Law Group of Glendale, which served clients going through insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.
The new firm has eight attorneys and offices in Beverly Hills. Foster Tepper and Osvanna Takvoryan, founders of their respective firms, will serve as the new company’s managing partners.
