Dow, S&P Rise; Nasdaq Falls

At the close of the markets Tuesday, the Dow Jones industrial average was up 20 points to 16,715.

The Nasdaq fell 14 points 4,130.

The S&P 500 rose 1 point to 1,897.

The LABJ Stock Index was flat at 190.
