Dow, S&P, Nasdaq Rise; LABJ Flat

At the close of the markets Tuesday, the Dow Jones industrial average was up 27 points to 16,808.

The Nasdaq rose 16 points to 4,337.

The S&P 500 ticked up 4 points to 1,942.

The LABJ Stock Index was unchanged at 194.
