Pacific Commerce Bank on Friday announced that Brian H. Kelley has resigned as chief executive officer to return to private law practice.
Until a successor is named, the downtown Los Angeles community bank said it will be managed by an executive committee, comprised of several board members and other senior managers.
“During Brian’s five-year tenure with the bank, he oversaw a number of strategic initiatives,” said Chairman Thomas Iino said in a statement. “On behalf of the board of directors and management team, I extend gratitude to Brian for his leadership and commitment to Pacific Commerce and wish him well in his future endeavors.”
Shares were unchanged Friday at $3.75 on the OTC Bulletin Board.
