Susan Leader joined Paul Hastings in May 2023, adding further depth to the firm’s Entertainment & Media litigation practice. Leader not only has experience leading complex litigations but also serving as a first chair in trying those cases in front of a judge, jury, or in arbitration. Since joining the firm, Leader has shown that her litigation capabilities also extend well beyond the entertainment industry, as she has led several successful litigation matters for the firm’s clients in the tech and energy sectors, among others.
Over the last year, Leader has solidified herself as a go-to litigator and a premier trial lawyer from coast-to-coast. Her successes of late come on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, and include her recent back-to-back defense verdict wins for RWE Renewables.
