Irene Lee is a partner at Russ August & Kabat, where she focuses her practice on all aspects of intellectual property, including patent, trademark, copyright protection through registration, enforcement, and licensing. Lee has extensive experience in trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation with an emphasis on global brand expansion and content management. Lee also counsels clients concerning patent litigation and monetization.
Recently, Lee has managed over 5,000 brands and attendant rights as part of her role in managing IP portfolio for clients such as The Honest Company, Inc., Thor Industries, Airstream, The Carroll Hall Shelby Trust, The estate of Jim Brown, The Only Agency, Scantron Corporation, and many more.
