Rita Diaz is the chair of the Litigation department at Hahn & Hahn and focuses her practice on estate planning and advising trustees and beneficiaries through trust and probate administrations. She represents clients in various trusts and estate litigation matters, including breach of fiduciary disputes and trust contests. Diaz takes a comprehensive and result-driven approach to disputes. Her experience in estate planning, administration and litigation gives her a global perspective critical to avoiding, abating and resolving disputes.
Diaz also counsels employers on a variety of matters, including discrimination, leaves of absence, policies, and wage and hour issues. Diaz is on several planning committees of industry-focused events such as the annual USC Gould School of Law Trusts and Estates Conference and USC Gould School of Law Tax Institute.
