Patricia Daza-Luu’s most significant professional achievement to date is her leadership in expanding and shaping the Los Angeles office of Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP into a thriving hub for high-level insurance coverage work. Since joining the firm in 2017 and being named partner in 2021, Daza-Luu has co-led the office’s growth.
Daza-Luu is widely respected for her depth of knowledge in insurance coverage law. Her practice spans evaluation of coverage and risks involving high-stakes matters under both primary and excess liability policies, including claims involving general liability, construction defects, cyber liability, environmental liability, intellectual property exposures, and professional liability, as well as first party property damage and uninsured motorist claims.
