Rasha Shields has served as a first chair trial and appellate counsel in multiple matters and led sensitive independent and government investigations for a diverse range of clients. In the last 12-18 months, Shields has led several matters, including the defense of a university in litigation arising out of campus protests. She is highly sought after for her experience in investigations, having led important internal and government investigations arising from whistleblower complaints, employee misconduct, and procurement practices.
Shields was appointed by the Los Angeles Mayor to serve on the Board of Police Commissioners and appointed by the Chief Justice of the California Supreme Court to serve on the Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal Prevention of Bias Committee.
