Mary Tesh Glarum is a partner with Doll Amir & Eley and practices general business litigation. Her particular focus is on both employment and health care law. Glarum is chairperson of the firm’s employment law practice. She has extensive expertise in labor and employment matters. Her practice includes individual discrimination and wrongful termination claims, both in court and in administrative proceedings.
Glarum has conducted successful trials in both the California federal and state courts, and she has argued appellate matters for her clients before the California Court of Appeal. She also regularly advises businesses and non-profit organizations on traditional “nuts and bolts” human resources issues, including contracts, severance agreements, employee discipline and terminations.
